By the time the hats are ready, people start gathering and the singing and dancing start. After a while little girls, faces beaming with their flower hats and colorful costumes on are led by their proud mothers and sisters to join in the dance. They all dance in a line and the bells on their costumes make a tinkling sweet sound.
